David Sharp joined the firm in 1988 as a conveyancing assistant. He then trained as a Legal Executive becoming a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998. David deals with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of property for private clients and property developers.

Having been at the firm for over 30 years he is familiar with all types of properties in the area and the anomalies that are associated with some.

He is well known in the area having built up a good reputation over the years. Having grown up in Woodford he has strong local knowledge and links with the area.
