Paul Human qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, and after practising in the Essex region joined CCH & Co in October 2016, working alongside Nigel Smith in the Company & Commercial Department at our Woodford Green branch, before being made Partner in June 2018.

Paul acts for a variety of clients from large companies to individuals, on matters as diverse as collective enfranchisement, residential lease extensions, commercial property sales and purchases, commercial property lettings, lending, and business sales and purchases.

Paul enjoys singing with his local (and award-winning) choir, amateur running, and all the collected works of Brandon Sanderson.
